RESERVATION PROCESS
STEP 1; Know the rates:
24 Hour Rates:
Daily...$205
Two days in a row...$305
Every additional day...$50
Delivery...FREE!!!
(within 20 miles of downtown Charlotte. $2 per mile beyond that)
STEP 2; Review the songlist...see the songlist tab (above).
STEP 3; Review the Delivery Process:
DELIVERY PROCESS
This process begins after you have submitted your Advance Payment and you have a confirmed reservation.
1. You and your Delivery Rep will be put in direct contact with each other.
2. You and your Delivery Rep will arrange your delivery time, and final payment details.
3. You and your Delivery Rep will schedule the pick up time.
STEP 4; Fill out the Availabity Form (below) and submit it. Include your questions on the form. If a machine is available I will answer your questions and proceed to step 5.
STEP 5; I will send you a Paypal invoice for your Advance Payment. You can pay via Paypal, credit card, online check or debit card. You do not have a reservation until this payment is submitted.
STEP 6; You pay the invoice. At this point your reservation is confirmed, and I will not rent the machine to someone else. First come, first served. Sorry, but telling me "I really want this" or "I definitely for sure want to make a reservation" do not count anymore.
STEP 7; Begin the Delivery Process (above).

Here is a list of the most frequent things that slow down this process:
1. People ask "what are your rates" or "do you have the song..."
This information is all listed on this website. You can look it up faster than I can look it up and email you back.
When I receive an Availability Form, I assume you have already looked this up.
2. People save their questions until step 6.
Or they tell me they HAVE some questions, but do not actually ASK the questions.
3. People leave out their Deliver-To Address on the Availabiity Form.
I need at least the zip code or general area so I can determine if a machine is available in your area, delivery fees (if any) and logistics.
4. People want to schedule their delivery before they make a reservation.
My Delivery Reps schedules are very flexible, and they always find a way to get you the machine in time. Even if they have to deliver a day early and give you a free day.
If you and your Delivery Rep are unable to work out a delivery time, I will gladly refund your Advance Payment and cancel our rental agreement. This has happened 2 times in 7 years, both because the Advance Payment came through with less than 24 hours notice.
